Help! I have an Addicted Loved One
This group is for families who have a child in the throws of active addiction. In this group, the facilitator teaches the family new skills that allow them to stay connected to their addicted family member while disengaging from the chaos and drama produced by the addictive behaviours. Family members learn to set boundaries and clearly state their need without shaming, nagging or browbeating their addicted loved one. This allows the door of communication to remain open when the addicted loved one wants help.
