Relationship Rumble

People are creatures of habit and crave familiarity and comfort.  We unconsciously attract and fall in love with a partner who shows us characteristics and behaviours we are familiar with.  We see the good things that reminds us of our childhood and are drawn to that.  As the "pink cloud" of love wears off, we start to see the negative characteristics and behaviours we are well acquainted with from childhood.  A Relationship Rumble is a deep inner conversation with the parts of you that draw you in with their familiarity and comfort.  These parts keep you stuck in the same relationship over and over again.  To heal the pattern, we have to address the beliefs and rules that no longer work for you and heal them from the root.
A Relationship Rumble can also help us heal the patterns
Does any of this resonate?
  • I often feel like I come in second place in my relationships.
  • His friends are more important.
  • We never do what I want to do.
  • I always get cheated on.
  • How did I not see she was an addict?
  • I don't feel appreciated.
  • All we do is fight.  This isn't working anymore!!
  • He is always broke and I am always paying for everything.
  • How does he never have any money?
  • She is always so critical!  I can't seem to do anything right.
  • He always needs to know where I am going, what I am doing and when I will be home.
  • I really thought this one would be different!

Your relationships don't have to hurt!
Book Your Discovery Call
Do you wonder how you ended up in a relationship that doesn't look or feel any different from your past relationships?
We pick the people we surround ourselves with for a reason.  Our close friendships and love relationships help us learn where our wounds and hurts are and give us a place to begin our healing.  It is the people that are close to us that provoke reactions from us, showing us where we have unhealed and unprocessed emotions or wounds.  We end up in relationship patterns when we don't recognize we have unhealed parts of us that need attention.

How do I help you heal the hurts and wounds?
We heal from the root by asking a series of questions, using each answer to follow the string, and we find the knots of our false beliefs and find the true beliefs.  When we get to the root, shift the belief or rule that actually belongs to someone else, we undo all the knots from the root to now, changing the pattern.
How do you know your patterns have changed?
You notice a big shift in your world.  You notice you are behaving or feeling different in the same situations.  You don't react... you respond to those things that used to bother you.  You don't have the same ramped up energy and you are doing things that may shock you.
How do you go from single to ready to be in a relationship with your person?

I help you take the feelings and experiences from past relationships, and pull them apart, making room for awareness around the who, what, when, where, why and hows that have been locked away in your subconscious.   In this process, you become aware of old beliefs, dynamics and ways of being that don't work for you anymore.  You recognize what actually resonates for you and start to connect with your genuine self.
Authenticity is the daily practice of letting go of who we think we're supposed to be and embracing who we are"
                                                                                           ~ Brené Brown
As you heal your wounds, what you want changes.  You stop being attracted to the same old, same old and find the connections your heart truly desires.  You will notice you don't react to what used to upset you and you manage your family and close friendships differently.  People who fit your old patterns may fall away because the dynamic is different.  You start to see things differently and you are more aware of wanting to change your behaviour because what you used to do has become uncomfortable.
