​Sometimes past, untreated traumas can be the root of addiction.  Or maybe there's some underlying, diagnosed condition contributing to your ability to stop. Substances is the coping mechanism people use to self sooth and numb the pain.  It works for a long time... until it doesn't.  What starts out as helping ends up robbing the person of everything.   

Doesn't feel 'simple' does it? The good news is there IS help.  ​

Here are the services I offer to help those struggling with addiction in any of its many forms:
Counselling
     Counselling services are for:
  • Anyone struggling with addiction.
  • Addicts currently in treatment.
  • Addicts who have completed a residential treatment program.
Individualized Treatment
     Individualized Treatment is:
  • ​For people who have been to residential treatment and do not see the benefit in going again.
  • A way for individuals stuck in the cycle of treatment/recovery/relapse to find the puzzle pieces they are missing and heal.​
Hypnotherapy
     Hypnotherapy is:
  • A faster and more gentle way to find the root of the pain that causes relapse.
  • Beneficial for people who continually slip or relapse and don't know why.

Rapid Response Crisis Calls

Phone support can be a wonderful addition to someone's recovery.  Primarily used as short coaching sessions, these 15 to 30 minute phone calls give the you a resource to bounce ideas and thoughts around with. 

These 'micro-sessions' are not designed for big exploratory work. Rather, this is a time to ask questions, get direction or solve day-to-day challenges.
