At Families Do Recover, we practice transparency. It is important to us that you have all the information to make the best decision for you and your family.
Contracts
All contracts must be signed and returned to Families Do Recover 24 hours before your first session. If your contract is not returned 24 hours before your first session, your session will be put on hold until it is received.
All packages must be used within 6 months of signing the contract.

Payment
Payment can be made by e-transfer to [email protected] (No password needed), cash, major credit card or PayPal.
All fees are subject to 5% GST and all funds are Canadian Dollars.

Single Session Payments
Single Session Payments are required before or at the session.
If an invoice is more than 15 days late, the client will be required to have a credit card on file for all future sessions.

Packages and Programs Payments
All packages and programs must be paid according to the arrangements in the client's contract. Participation in the program or package will be suspended if the arrangement is not adhered to.
Workbooks and Courses
Workbooks will be delivered digitally when payment is received.

Membership Programs
Memberships are charged the first of every month. The client may cancel at any time.
Cancellation Policy
48 hours notice is required for all cancellations.

If a single session is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, the client is required to pay a cancellation fee of 75% of the missed session.
If a package session is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, we will not re-offer the client that session.
