Advanced Conversational Hypnotherapy is a powerful technique that works by inducing a hypnotic state in a person through conversation, without the traditional methods of relaxation, inductions, scripts and multiple sessions.
I recognize that every person is different and has a unique way of creating their problem, experiencing it and also resolving it. By listening intently to your responses, I create a session that suits you as an individual and address the problem in a way that works for you. This allows us to undo all the knots and blocks that keep you stuck in the current behaviour patterns, unhealthy coping mechanisms and discomfort.

As a trained hypnotherapist I use focused questions, language patterns, suggestion, repetition and other techniques to create a state of focused attention and relaxation.
By undoing the blocks and knots, you change negative thoughts, behaviours and emotions into positive ones. The maladaptive coping styles that you have adopted to deal with the pain of the negative thoughts, beliefs, feelings and behaviours are no longer necessary because you have healed from the root cause of the pain.
What Makes This Different?
Advanced Conversational Hypnotherapy works fast. In a two hour session, we spend the entire time on therapy, allowing us to do in one session what takes traditional hypnotherapy four to six sessions to accomplish. There are no scripts and no long procedures. I structure the session based on what your subconscious mind presents in the moment and focus on following you to each knot, asking the questions to undo the block and move to the next one.

With Advanced Conversational Hypnotherapy, there are no recordings to listen to. Everything is done in session. The goal is to lead you to your solution as quickly, easily and as painless as possible.
